Disney Costume: Merida

Yesterday I had my Disney themed party! I will tell you about the party later, but now we will only focus on my costume. So I was Princess Merida from the Brave movie. And I'm surprisingly happy about the outcome of my costume! I really didn't put on so much effort to it. And it was also really cheap, since I had almost everything I needed for it in my home. Only thing I actually bought for it was the belt and it was only about two euros.

Dress: from Sicily | Belt: KappAhl | Stockings: Lindex

Used face paint for brows and eyelashes. For eye makeup I used my Choco palette, which is the most natural eyeshadow I have. I also used a little bit orange eyeshadow to make my lids look more like Merida's.
Can't forget the freckles! I splattered some face paint to the face (trying to aim for the nose and cheek area) and to the shoulders. I also used red face paint as a blush for my cheeks, nose tip, chin and shoulders.
For lips I used Lumene Natural Code's Mauve Rose [2] shade.
For this puffy hair I used my own hair, my extensions and no heat curling style.
To create my Merida look, these tutorials below helped me a lot!
